Shipping of your parcel
Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
